The Chapter Youth Council officers of Philippine Red Cross - Cebu Chapter is continuously conducting their Pledge25 blood donation program. This is part of their one year activities.

When: September 14, 2013 10am - 5pm
This activity is in coordination of Philippine Red Cross - Eastern Visayas Regionl Blood Center and Robinsons Cybergate.
