All active Globe/TM SIM users are automatically part or member of this program from Globe. Everyone who uses Globe/TM SIM will receive points which can be used to redeem loads or items. Every time you load your Globe/TM SIM, you will automatically earn points and you will also receive notification of it.

How to opt-in into the program in case you have opted-out before:

• Text YES and send to 4438
• Minimum of P1 balance is needed to send this message for free.

Before you do any of the following process below, make sure you have not opted-out before or you're currently opted-in. If you didn't stopped it then you're good to go.

How to check your reward points:

• Text BAL and send to 4438. 
•  P1/Transaction

How to check the items you can avail:

• Text ITEMS and send to 4438 to check the rewards and the corresponding points needed.
• Minimum of P1 balance is needed to send this for free 

How to redeem you Globe rewards:

• Choose from the rewards list and make sure you have sufficient points.
• Text REDEEM<space>ITEMCODE and send to 4438.

Sharing your Globe/TM points could be done in two ways,

1) You can share your points directly to someone. But the recipient will need to know how to use them.

2) You can directly send gift (rewards) to someone. They can use it directly and won't need to register it themselves.

 How to share your points to other Globe/TM subscribers:

• Text SHARE<space>10-digit mobile number of the receiver<space>No. of points and send to 4438.
• P1/Transaction which is charged from the sender.
• There is a maximum of 5 shares/transaction per day. If you exceed, you can share again the next day.
• Make sure you have sufficient available points.

How to send rewards as gifts to other Globe/TM subscribers:

• Text GIFT<space>ITEMCODE<space>10-digit mobile number of the receiver send to 4438.
• Example: GIFT SILITXT15 9071234567 send to 4438
